Justice Dept. files suit against DynCorp International

In the suit, filed in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the government alleges that the McLean-based company allowed one of its subcontractors on the contract, awarded in 2004, “to charge excessive and unsubstantiated rates for hotel lodging, translator, security guard and driving services and overhead expenses.”
