And so Mr. Andrews, a former Defense Department contractor who is now a weapons engineer in the St. Louis area, set to work. Under the auspices of a national group called the Oath Keepers, Mr. Andrews accelerated plans to recruit and organize private security details for businesses in Ferguson, which are receiving the services for free. The volunteers, who are sometimes described as a citizen militia — but do not describe themselves that way — have taken up armed positions on rooftops here on recent nights.

The legal team of Darren Wilson, the white police officer who killed an unarmed black teenager in Ferguson, Mo., igniting violent protests in the St. Louis suburb and a national conversation on race, said Wednesday that he has no specific plans to apologize to the family of Michael Brown.
There is no reason for New York Times reporters Julie Bosman and Campbell Robertson to publish the address of Darren Wilson – except to have him killed.
Their intentions are obvious. Publish the general location of Wilson and his new wife and then let the New Black Panther Party do the rest.
I would feel a touch better about this if Bosman, Robertson and their editor had the balls to take Wilson out themselves.
But of course they don’t.
Instead, befitting their elitist position, they’ll manipulate a group of violent idiots to do their dirty work for them.
“I don’t think we were underprepared,” Belmar said. “But I’ll be honest with you, unless we bring 10,000 policemen in here, I don’t think we can prevent folks who really are intent on destroying a community.”
“The white officers wouldn’t be there if you weren’t killing each other,”

The Government We No Longer Trust, Is Using More And More Dishonest Means To Entrap Honest Citizens – NYTimes.com
From time to time I can see the need for government to conduct undercover operations. But only in matters that really threaten our national interest. And only those interests that impact our life or liberty. But there are now at least 40 federal agencies conducting undercover operations with little to no oversight or accountability. Militarized agencies than can use this unfettered power to target political enemies and feather their own nests. This from a government that a significant majority of Americans no longer trusts.
From the New York Times:
The federal government has significantly expanded undercover operations in recent years, with officers from at least 40 agencies posing as business people, welfare recipients, political protesters and even doctors or ministers to ferret out wrongdoing, records and interviews show.
