How millennials want to solve the gun-control debate

Young people are, in fact, the most pro-gun generation in America. For many pundits who see millennials as hippie liberals, this is surprising. Two-thirds of young people have considered owning a gun in the future. Millennials are the least likely generation to support gun bans, with 70 percent of young Americans saying they believe civilians should have the right to own assault weapons, compared with just 51 percent of Americans overall. The millennials consensus is that gun control restricts law-abiding citizens without reducing violence.

Venezuelan Government Further Disarming Citizens By Crushing Guns, Registering Ammo

It’s the same old song and dance from the collectivists: Blame your problems on someone else while you oppress the people.

As starving Venezuelans rush the Colombian border for food, hunt in the streets for cats and dogs, and break into zoos to kill horses for meat, the government continues its crackdown on dissent as socialism in the country fails. Not surprisingly, tyrannical President Nicolas Maduro has been blocking humanitarian aid from coming into the country for months and has been blaming his country’s problems on the United States.

America’s Addiction to Mercenaries – The Atlantic

This means that contractors are making the ultimate sacrifice. Today, more contractors are killed in combat than soldiers—a stunning turnaround from the start of the wars Iraq and Afghanistan, when fewer than 10 percent of casualties were contractors. By 2010, more contractors were dying than troops. However, the real number of contractor deaths —versus the “official” tally—remains unknown.

More than three years have passed since an armed gunman invaded Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Connecticut, and fatally shot 20 school-age children and six adults. In that time, school districts across the nation have made strides in security systems to prevent any other school tragedies. In Grayson County and Fannin County, four school districts have taken an extra step by allowing teachers to carry firearms to protect their children.

Philippines descend into darkness

“That death toll dwarfs the 68 killings of suspects that police recorded during anti-drug operations between January 1 and June 15”, wrote Phelim Kine, Asia deputy director of Human Rights Watch. The police denied accusations of extrajudicial killings and said suspects ended up dead because they resisted arrest or fought back.

NRA-ILA | Gun Control Supporters Are Once Again Rebranding Their Efforts

The NRA only represent a small minority of gun owners and 2nd Amendment supporters.

An ever ever increasing number of the populous is waking up to the reality of the current situation and they intuitively understand gun centralization can’t compete against decentralized/distributed threats.

It’s for the same reason that most of the military and law enforcement professionals who understand the decentralized thereat also support a decentralized/distributed security solution – decentralized security options means saved lives.

From INTERPOL to local police chiefs and county sheriffs (even mayors and city councilmen), more and more are seeing reality for what it is and addressing it accordingly.

The gun centralizers can rebrand, repackage, reword, and remake themselves all they want however they will continually find themselves becoming more isolated because enough people see reality now.

The future is decentralized and distributed, any work to centralize is wasted sword motion and will only lead to the loss of more innocent lives.

According to the report, ARS is concerned that the blatantly anti-gun language used by gun control supporters in recent years, perhaps best personified by the behavior of presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, is hurting the anti-gun cause. Specifically, the new campaign calls on gun control advocates to use more values-based arguments, and, as with past messaging efforts, implores activists to police the exact language they use in in discussing anti-gun policies. Of course, the new b

Is decentralized security making more sense to the French?

A rose by any other name…

In the last few months, since the wave of terrorism has intensified, the membership of the gun club has quadrupled, from 200 to 800 members. The new members are not all motivated by the love of shooting sports. Benoit, a local olive farmer who owns more than a dozen rifles, pistols and shotguns, as well as an AK-47 assault rifle, admitted to me this weekend something much darker. “They’re getting ready for a war,” he said.
